that love red meat, can use seafood and nuts as
your main sources of protein.

you to protect your heart. Olive oil is a better
choice for cooking, dressing, or even as a dipping

Eat plenty of fiber as it can
help you to regulate your cholesterol. You
will find fiber in whole grain products. And as an additional it will help
control you sugar absorption as well, and this is an aid to will helping
you to have a healthy digestive system.

Eating so that your heart will benefit involves abstaining from
sugary foods such as candy, cookies, cakes, and
pastries. Eating to much sugar is good for
your heart disease, but who wants to be good for heart disease?. Healthy carbohydrates means eating things like
whole grain breads, whole grain pasta, brown
rice, and a lot of vegetables. Fruits and vegetables should become a big thing of your diet.

Healthy cooking methods such as
stir frying or sauteing with olive oil or canola
oil are both a good thing when it comes to heart health, and you shouldn’t dip
your food in batter or fry it anymore. If you
cook chicken, it should be skinless, and you should bake it in the
oven in foil.

No more frying your fish, you should always bake
it. Steaming your vegetables is a good way to help maintain the
most of it’s nutrients. You should not use cream sauces or lots
of butter anymore either. When you eat vegetables,
try squeezing lemon juice on them or using your
favorite seasonings.

When you make these changes to your diet, keep in
